For centuries, humans have tried to make sense of their world by reflecting on the landscape around them.  Whether when pining away in heartbreak or when rejoicing in the presence of God, humans have always found counterparts to their emotional extremes in nature.  Join soprano Sarah Joyce Cooper and pianist and composer Ramsey Reyes for an exploration of life’s most powerful emotions and creation’s most poignant landscapes, set to music and poetry.  Though penned in generations past, the melodies and stories are timeless, coming to life again through the perspective of these young interpreters humbly grateful to share a fresh take on these universal experiences in the here and now.
